Communication via email

Your committee has discussed offering members the opportunity to receive Club mail via email. This will help members who prefer to manage their lives electronically and will reduce our costs for paper and mailings.  These cost have become significant now.

Tickets for reservations would continue to be sent by letter post but the notification of functions, meetings and general information would be sent by email directly or as attachments to email.

All email addresses will be stored safely as required by Data Protection Act and will be for the use of Cripplegate Ward Club ONLY.

Any requests for circulations from other Ward Clubs or City organisations will be co-ordinated and forwarded ONLY by the Club Administration.

For those members who do not have email, or do not wish to use it for this purpose, communication will continue as at present.
