PRESIDENT 1950 TO 1960

Becoming the Alderman for Cripplegate in 1949 (until 1959), Edward Pryce was elected President of the Ward Club in 1950 and remained so until succeeded by Peter Studd in 1960.

Alderman Pryce became Sheriff in 1954 but did not continue to the Mayoralty.
